Thank You for Me!

2020 has been a challenging year for people of all ages, young children included. This article in Psychology Today, however, provides ideas for “things we can start doing today that will help our children—and us—feel better. One is to practice gratitude.” A good place to start if you have a preschooler is my book Thank You for Me!, which helps small children give thanks for their own amazing bodies from nose to toes.
