Reading Retention

One way for new readers to retain their reading skills over the summer is to practice by reading aloud to an even younger child. One of my most popular titles for the very young is the board book Toes, Ears, & Nose! Why not encourage your new reader to share the peekaboo fun with a younger relative or neighbor?
